本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Gravity Weaver Project（以下「当プロジェクト」）が提供するブラウザゲーム「Gravity Weaver」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの概要

本サービスは、無料で利用できるブラウザベースのゲームです。基本的なゲームプレイにアカウント登録は不要です。ランキング参加や複数端末間のデータ引き継ぎを希望する場合、Googleアカウントでのログインが必要です（任意）。

2. 利用条件

  • 本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。
  • ユーザーは、法令に違反する目的で本サービスを利用してはなりません。
  • ゲームの改ざん、リバースエンジニアリング、自動操作ツールの使用を禁止します。
  • 本サービスの利用により他のユーザーや第三者に迷惑をかける行為を禁止します。

3. 知的財産権

本サービスに含まれるゲームデザイン、プログラム、グラフィック、サウンド、テキスト等の知的財産権は、当プロジェクトまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、私的利用の範囲を超えてこれらを複製・改変・再配布することはできません。

4. 広告の表示

本サービスは、運営費用の一部を賄うために広告を表示する場合があります。広告の表示には Google AdSense、CrazyGames SDK、または Poki SDK が使用されます。

5. 免責事項

  • 当プロジェクトは、本サービスの完全性、正確性、継続的な利用可能性を保証しません。
  • 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当プロジェクトは一切の責任を負いません。
  • 当プロジェクトは、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更・停止・終了する場合があります。
  • ゲームデータ（スコア、進行状況等）はブラウザのlocalStorageに保存されます。ブラウザの設定変更やデータ消去により失われる場合があります。Googleログインによりサーバーに保存されたデータについても、その完全性や永続性を保証しません。

6. 規約の変更

当プロジェクトは、本規約を随時変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に基づいて解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the browser game "Gravity Weaver" (the "Service") provided by Gravity Weaver Project ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The Service is a free-to-play browser-based game. No account registration is required for basic gameplay. Signing in with a Google account is optional and enables rankings and cross-device data sync.

2. Usage Rules

  • The Service is provided "as is".
  • Users must not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
  • Modification of the game, reverse engineering, and use of automated tools are prohibited.
  • Actions that cause harm or inconvenience to other users or third parties are prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of the Service.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
  • Game data (scores, progress, etc.) is stored in your browser's localStorage and may be lost if browser settings are changed or data is cleared. We do not guarantee the completeness or permanence of data stored on our server via Google sign-in.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
